Nigeria COVID-19 cases has have risen to 2,170 on Friday, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC tally.
The total number of new confirmed cases rose to 238 as of 11 PM on Friday.
According to the update by the NCDC late Friday, of the new infections, 92 are in Kano, 36 are in the FCT, while 30 are in Lagos.

Gombe recorded 16 new cases, Bauchi had 10 while Delta had 8. Oyo, Zamfara and Sokoto recorded 6, 5 and 5 cases, respectively.
Meanwhile, the number of discharged cases has also risen to 351, even as the number of death casualties rose to 68.
