…Buraimoh represented Kosofe Constituency II in Lagos State House of Assembly
A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Kosofe Constituency II, Tunde Buraimoh is died.
He died on Friday morning.
A source close to the family revealed that he fell ill some days ago.
“He told his aides that he wasn’t feeling well. It’s not even up to a week. But we still don’t know if it’s coronavirus,” he said.
The deceased was the Chairman, Committee on Information, Security and Strategy, butt had earlier served as Chairman, Committee on Judiciary, Petitions and Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASEIC).

The Lagos grassroot politician and former Kosofe Local Government Chairman is survived by wife and children.
The Chairperson, Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Samiat Abolanle Bada, in her reaction, mourned that “Big daddy is gone”.
In her condolence, she said it was difficult for her to announce the death of “our leader, mentor and a political juggernaut”.
Bada stressed that Kosofe politics bereft of Buraimoh “is a cold world of ice, freezing me to death like fish stark naked. I can’t but doubt my hearing, my breath seizes”.
She noted that the passing, “is not just a lonely death but a string that rubs on many as victims. As a bearer of law, you stood as the voice of the voiceless. Many are living testimonies to your life touching impacts”.

The LCDA leader reiterated that Braimoh’s leadership in Kosofe demonstrates the dexterity of his seasoned administrative competence and rare ingenuity in bringing good governance to the people at the grassroot.
“Every eye filled with sadness and sorrow were receiving succor with the cheerfulness of your face. We love you but the Almighty loves you more than we do”, she added.
There are reports in some quarters that he had a contact with late Senator Adebayo Osinowo.
Recall Lagos State lost a seasoned politician and the Senator representing Lagos East District, Bayo Osinowo barely four weeks, and now Tunde Braimoh is dead.
